Anyone else? Children from two different partners.

So for those with kids from two different partners have you noticed your pregnancies being different? Not exactly from each other but from the person your pregnant by?

Okay so I was previously married and had a child with my ex. I also got pregnant a second time but had mc. Anyways both pregnancy I didn’t feel pregnant besides bloating after eating. I was running and working out most of the pregnancies. No morning sickness. Oldest is a girl. And second one was a boy mc at 20weeks.

Anyways I’m remarried and pregnant with third child. Our first child together at six weeks I was puking my brains out even water. Up to 39weeks when I had her. I was dizzy and slept a lot. I couldn’t go out everything made me sick. This pregnancy I’m in second trimester and vomiting, dizzy and lightheaded. I’m on meds for nausea but nothing seems to help just control for a bit. We have been pregnant 3times with one mc in current marriage. All pregnancies with my husband I’m so ill.

Has anyone have this happen to them?
