Is this spotting

So I usually get my period for 5-6 days but mainly 5 days. Sorry this is to much information but, my period are very heavy where I have to change my tampon every 30 minutes. So anyways I got my period January 1, 2019. Well the first day I put a tampon and check it 30 minutes it was barely any blood on there. So it was like that for the whole day! So the second day it was kinda heavy. I had mucus coming out not much. So the third day I check my tampon it had nothing on there but a little brown blood. So I put another in in later on check it it was nothing on there. So just in case I put a thin pad on. So the next day I check nothing. I wipe it was only a tiny little bit of pink but none of my pad! Anyone know what’s going on!?
