I mean it makes sense to keep the spoon in the cup if you know you want more hot chocolate.. but you can also just set it on the counter 😂

I keep the spoon in the cup because I like to take my time when I drink my hot cocoa, and if you let it sit too long, it will separate, and then you get cocoa powder on the bottom of the mug, and your hot cocoa isnt as chocolatey. If you leave the spoon in the cup, you can stir it again every so often without having to get up, and that way your hot cocoa stays perfectly mixed
