Help😭😳

My 3 week old has pink eye in both of her eyes😭 The doctor prescribed an antibiotic ointment to put on them but there was not a single pharmacy that has had it in stock in the last 2 months so it got changed to an eye drop 3 times a day. Between her crying at the top of her lungs and her eyes practically being glued shut from all of the drainage I CANNOT figure out a good way to get them in her eyes. Any tricks or suggestions for this first time mom? We are struggling over here😞
