Super tmi - pain after anal

So this is super tmi. Sorry but I need to ask someone. And I'm just going to be upfront about it.

My bf and I had anal sex almost a week ago now. This isn't the first time we've done it and have done it without lube perfectly fine before however this time something has gone wrong. Usually I'm sore for a day maybe 2 after. But never sore like this

This time I became sore a day after, the sex itself was fine. Now It hurts every time my butt hole even twitches. Going toilet is absolutely agony it burns and takes all my strength not to cry. Having my knickers touch it hurt like hell. Often feels like mucus is leaking out. One night I couldn't sleep because the pain was just unbearable. Going toilet is the main issue as any straining causes pain and I've only been able to get out small amounts a few times a day. I can't even fart without properly preparing myself. I've noticed a few small bumps are around my butt hole and they're sore to the touch

Anyone know what I can do to help myself? Should I see a doctor about it or wait for it to go away?
