Keeping to a diet change.
Hey ladies. I need to lose around 65lbs. Maybe more. For those of you who have lost a large amount, how did you stick to it and not lose motivation? I am a highly emotional eater. Especially when I am down all I want to do is eat.
I know what to eat and all of that, but I can never stick with it. I've struggled with my weight for more than 10 years now and I'm simply over it.
