The only reason it would “hurt him” would be from an allergy or something you’re eating hurting his stomach. Breastmilk is tailored to your baby. It could be that switching between the two are causing his discomfort. Some babies have dairy allergies so you would need to cut that from your diet if he were to have it. My son was having belly problems and it was from my strong letdown. It just caused him to get too much air because he was trying so hard to keep up. Once we solved that, he was fine.

I stopped BF because of baby being sensitive to my breast milk. She was super fussy and ended up breaking out in head to toe rashes

I said stick with formula because fed is best. But maybe talk to a lactation consultant  or pediatrician before giving him more breastmilk. Want to get to the route of the fussiness before giving more breastmilk.

Are you bottle feeding the breast milk or breastfeeding? If breastfeeding maybe LO doesn’t have a good latch or prefers bottle?
