Induction vs No Induction-Voluntary

Hello all!

So I’m 31 1/2 weeks and starting to think about birth quite frequently! I was born 32 weeks due to emergency c-section and my sister naturally at 35 Weeks so baby coming at any time is on my radar.

For some reason I have it in my mind that I am 100% going to make it to 39 or 40 weeks and I’m trying to think about some of my options.

This pregnancy has been extremely hard on me mentally (I have severe mental illness) and i am so in love with my little baby but just really scared and know it’s healthier for me and him for me to be all there mentally.

I’m thinking about asking for voluntary induction at 39 weeks because i know he is fully formed.

Thoughts??
