DOES HE ACTUALLY LIKE ME?? I can’t tell (still)!

How do u deal with a guy who u only been talking to for a month or two who says they like u but u guys don’t talk as much because he’s always busy working? My crush who I’ll call L, always seems to be busy working and we never get the chance to actually go out tho I’ve driven to his job before (but I don’t count that as doing something) and he’s really bad at responding to my text. The texting part is my issue. At times I would text him and wouldn’t get a reply for hours later or the next day and when I would complain he would say that I need to be patient and that he’s busy with his two jobs and he’s not the type of guy to be on his phone all the time cuz he’s got shit to do but my problem is that if u like and miss me like u say u do. U would make some type of time for me, right? I understand he’s busy but people make time for who they want and for one of his jobs he literally plays video games all day to pass time while at work so I don’t understand.

I don’t want to deal with someone who doesn’t make time for me cuz this year I’m really not trying to deal with bs. I just want something with someone who’s able to fit me in their schedule more. He knows how I am so a text letting me know that he cares would be good every once in awhile. Or should I just call him when he doesn’t respond because honestly I’m never someone who calls unless the other person does and he used to call me but he’s stopped. What do I do?
