Possible miscarriage ??

UPDATE:

I added a closer view because it was hard to the coloration inside. I have never seen discharge like this. You can see a small blue/dark area towards the middle and red towards the bottom along with the “string” coming from the middle.

My boyfriend and I have recently been having unprotected sex (I am on the pill however) but still using the pull out or withdrawal method. He has always been very careful so I had no worries. Until yesterday. I went to pee and when i wiped i saw this. I have never been pregnant before so i have no

clue what this is but my brain tells me that it looks like an embryo... the week before i had been bleeding with some clots but that was normal for me as i have heavy periods. The bleeding stopped monday-tuesday and i discovered this on friday. Please help me. I am heartbroken. Even though I am 18 and in college, it still breaks my heart, as a woman with PCOS, to think that i possibly conceived and lost my baby.
