Baby shower and anxiety

So my fiancé and I were going to do our baby shower ourselves but decided to let his mom and grandma because I had a lot of stress and wanted to lift some of it due to the baby. Well his grandma sent the invites out and we asked a high school friend of my fiancé’s to see what was put on the invite, well she put that it’s a floating baby shower. Now I don’t do well with large crowds, let alone people just coming and going.

I normally take an anxiety medicine but I can’t with me being pregnant right now. How would you all handle that while it’s going on? The shower will be 3 hours long and we also have people calling and texting us asking where we are registered because she didn’t include it in the invite.
