super embarrassing odor😣

So me and my SO are TTC. Everytime we do the deed I get a fishy odor the next day. I’ve been to my gyno to make sure nothing weird is happening and all tests are coming back fine. I have good hygiene after sex, but I can’t get it to stop happening! Does anyone have any recommendations? I feel like it doesn’t help that I’m having to lay down for 15-20 minutes after sex to trap the sperm. Please help😭
