Why is it so hard to reach the 12 week mark?

I feel like 12 weeks is somehow a huge milestone (as they all are but this one in particular). So much anxiety until then I can’t even stand it. Trying to not be a nervous wreck. Didn’t help that my babies were measuring 5 days behind at my last US.

I was one day off of 12 weeks with my first. She stopped growing at 9 weeks and 2 days but one day I'll make it to 12 weeks when I conceive my rainbow baby.

I totally get that. My 12 week appointment  is when I learned about my missed miscarriage. I hope to get to 12 weeks and beyond next time.

I feel this way too and the irony is that we don’t even know we’re pregnant for the first ~4 weeks
