I love this so much and would love to make it for my nursery! It looks like just a large picture frame with flowers glued on but I’m not sure how the lettering would get there

You could find a large frame, use a staple gun and staple chicken wire through the back, then find flowers with wired stems to feed them through.

A lot of etsy shops do large lettering cutouts like this, but applying to the florals in the frame, you could probably find a YouTube tutorial.

I would use some small wooden blocks or dowels hidden under the mirror cutout and some wood glue. It looks like a bulletin board painted white with hot glue gun on the silk flowers. Looks like a super easy DIY project! You could get it done and dry in a weekend. =)

For the letters you could probably make them yourself out of cardboard or foam and then painting it the color of your choice. There are tutorials on YouTube! The flower background should be super simple as well. Just get a picture frame then use hot glue to add the flowers.
