Forms of pain relief
Ive been looking at the options for pain relief during labour. And there isn't a lot of choice. Im refusing an epidural (not cos of pride or stubborness) so i guess i have gas and air and maybe that injection? Im not even sure about that as im a recovering addict. Im worried gas and air wont be enough! What will you ladies be having or what have you had? Do you know anymore options?
