Red flags? Opinions please

I met this guy on bumble while visiting home over Christmas. He was super attached immediately and said he’d wait for me to move back because he wanted to be with me. (I’m moving home in April) He’s super sweet and seems like the perfect guy... but can be overwhelmingly clingy. I’m visiting him now back home and he tells me things like I can’t wait to make you my wife, or together forever type of stuff. I’m visiting for 3 days and he literally is trying to spend the entire time with me. I just got out of a serious relationship very soon before meeting him and he knows this. He’s already said I love you. He said it New Year’s Day and told me he just had to say it because he’s been feeling it for so long already. We met on maybe December 20th... thoughts? We could just be laying in bed cuddling and he’ll say things like you’re amazing, you’re so perfect, things like that. We barely know each other
