Okay.. here goes nothing..so I've just ended my period and I know I'm still bloated but I checked my weight aaaannnnd it's not good...

I feel sick.. I've never seen that number before... I dont know where to start or what to do..
Maybe I need to talk to a nutritionist.
All I know is I feel so lost I really need a friend that can help me out.
Anyone out there have any practical advice i can start using now..i know i have to give up the soda but I'm literally addicted to dr.pepper when other people have a bad day they need a cigarette or a drink and i need a dr pepper... omg please help!
