Late ovulation and provera help

Hey guys, I have a question. I’m on cd 29. Me and my dr both thought that I was out this month because I haven’t gotten a positive opk by day 28. So yesterday, she told me to start taking my provera to start a new cycle. Took one about 8pm last night. Woke up today and just took an opk and it’s positive! What do I do now?

I’m scared that the one provera I took will mess things up.
