Ugh so nervous and stressed

Normally my periods are 28-30 days apart. Lately it’s been around 28 days. Well today it’s now 33 days since last day of last period. I took a cheap test the other day and it came up negative. Super sad because I had a early miscarriage in December of 2015. This app says I’m 9 days late. My other app says I have 4 days left. My nipples burned and were very tinder a few days ago. Now my boobs are tender and a little swollen. Less swollen than yesterday. I’m afraid to take a test right now. 😭 Should I take a test now or wait the 4 days??
