Boob spasm... ?

Occasionally I will get a sharp pain in my boob and it feels like it goes from the nipple to the back. It usually only happens to the right boob but recently I felt it in the left. My right boob has a lump on that is almost as long as my pointer finger. Could that be it ?

Last time I went to the dr was 4 years ago they said it was benign lump but idk why I’m getting this pain
