Sex for the first time

I was just wondering if this would bother anyone else. Before I go off on a tangent: my boyfriend and I have talked things through and he now understands why I was unimpressed with what he said.

I’m in a long distance relationship; I’m a virgin and he isn’t. My boyfriend has this fantasy of him being the first and last person that I’ll ever be with. He doesn’t want to take my virginity using a condom, but whenever I ask why, he never gives clarity. I’m on medication which would reverse a lot of contraceptives except for a condom. I explained to him that if we were to have sex he would HAVE to use a condom. Instead of being mature about it, he just said “fine, we just won’t have sex then”. That’s not a solution, and he was being really immature by insisting and refusing to have sex with me using a condom.

He was just trying to wind me up, but it honestly bothered me. We’ve come to the understanding that he’ll bring condoms and use them if I feel I’m ready to have sex. I’m just disappointed that that’s the initial reaction he had regardless of whether he was being serious or not.

I just wanted to get that off my chest, really. 😂
