Just about a year ago I've decided to get on Kyleena iud only because my period just didn't seen to come down regularly like it suppose to each month but since I've been on it my cycle started to come regularly each month with no problem

I've also found out I've genital herpes and I don't wish this on no one. It's no joke, but whenever I would have an outbreak or notice a symptom is about to come I will take my medicine like I suppose too and I do not have sex at all...But to make a long story short I don't know all the symptoms of herpes just only irritation and itching as to what I go through the most especially when I starts my cycle

But what I wanted to ask....Lately I've been feeling burning sensation inside of my vaginal not sure if it's the genital herpes or if it's the kyleena IUD causing it. I been thinking about taking the IUD out because not sure if genital herpes can affect birth control

Can genital herpes cause burning sensation or would you think it could be the Kyleena IUD gone wrong?
