Is there a difference between period cramps and implantation cramps? I’m 7DPO and my period isnt supposed to come until the 2nd of February. ive been feeling random mildly sharp pains on either or sides. Sometimes its the left side sometimes its the right side and sometimes i can feel it in my lower back, but no spotting. Yet anyway.
