Motivation for dieting!!

Hey ladies!! I’m 22 and I’ve been overweight pretty much my entire life. Always been picked on by peers and family members about it. I’m in my last year of college and I really need to make this change and stick to it, but I’m finding it really hard to keep my motivation up. I’ll stick to my clean eating regimen for maybe two weeks max, but then something will happen school or otherwise and I lose all motivation 😩

I’ve always just wanted to be healthy and happy with the way I look but it’s soo hard!!!

Any tips on how to stay motivated and comfortable enough to actually eat healthy and go to the gym. I just got a car and have no excuse not to go (other than stress from work and school)
