Nipple pain

Me and my boyfriend had sex Friday (lots of boobs involved). And yes we used a condom. The following Thursday, he’s rubbing and sucking on my nipples (no sex).

The next day (Friday)

*1 week after sex*

They start hurting, just the nipple area. (1-10, like a 5)

Saturday

The worst pain EVER!

And now today is Sunday and they’re perfectly fine. In and out but fine.

I’m just terrified can it be an early pregnancy symptom ? Or am I just worrying myself to death?! Help ;(
