Inconsolable baby

My baby boy is almost 4 weeks old and for the last week or so he is inconsolable pretty much all day long. Im assuming he could be considered colic at this point...?

We start the day with a diaper change and a morning bottle. After burping (or at least we try, he usually starts to cry immediately after the bottle is empty) he gets upset and despite my best efforts, I cant get him to calm down. I'm pretty sure he gets gassy but he certainly isn't backed up... he poops multiple times a day. I try swaddling, gripe water, rocking, bouncing, tummy time, back time on his playmat, swinging, walking, pacifier, white noise and shhh-ing. I'm at a loss. The only relaxing we get is when he exhausts himself and passes out. Today he only napped at most 3-4 hours at most. I know hes overly tired at this point but I just cant seem to get him to relax! He'll get comfortable, close his eyes and almost fall asleep but then his eyes open and he starts wailing again. 😟
