Blossom menstrual cup for TTC????? HELP!

So I’ve recently heard that using a menstrual cup after sex can help assist the sperm in getting it where it needs to be. Me and my DH tried this method for the first time last night. He ejaculated and I Immediately inserted the cup up there. When I woke up this morning and took it out there was literally nothing in the cup. No semen, no CM. Is this normal? Should I have at least seen some type of bodily fluid? Help!!

It’s normal for there to be nothing in the cup don’t worry! Your body can absorb all the fluid. Though it is possible to conceive this way (women who use donors at home do it successfully) maybe have sex and then put the cup in. So you also get the benefit of ejaculation.
