Possible Fifths. Not a big deal. Normal kid condition. Did he have a fever and runny nose in the last week or so? It’ll clear up on its own. He is not contagious now (once the bumps show up) all 3 of mine have had it. Fluids and snuggles.

I dont know what type of rash it is but my daughter has always gotten random rashes. No creams or medicine helps but if I give her a warm bath with baking soda daily it clears up fast. Give it a try

Actually I just looked again. Are the ones down on his right bottom raised and fluid-filled? Possibly chicken pox if they are.
