1 year and 2 months

So I meet my S.O online January 13th 2018. We been through a lot of shit together. Last year I lost my job when I was 5 months. So he told me wait until after I have the baby to go back. So this year we couldn't celebrate our 1 year anniversary because he was stuck taking care of the Bills. For us and both my brothers that are unemployed. So today is our anniversary and he wasn't even interested in the conversation on making plans for the night and this weekend. But I want to do something special for him because all he does for me. So what should I do?
