Headaches 36 weeks +2

Went to the store and a massive headache came on with a bit of blurry vision and a couple painful cramps . I just took 2 tylenol and now relaxing at home with my 2 toddlers . Should i just wait it out and try and nap and see if it goes away then or should i call my modwife right away. I feel as if i go to labor and delivery alot for silly things and im pretty sure they are tired of seeing me lol
