BOYFRIEND WANTS MORE TIME ALONE...

I’m 20 & my boyfriend is 24

So my boyfriend & I have been together for almost 5 months now & living together for 2 months (due to me living in an abusive household) & we are pretty open with each other (i’d like to think) & he just brought up one night that he would like more alone time & I totally get it because we live together but now he said that he’s with his brother at a fire & wont be home till 6am ... I trust him but I’m worried because he never stayed out that long & ugh my mind is just running to parties & things like that

Also my birth control has made me EXTREMELY emotional so like I feel like excusing him alll the time for no reason, & being stupid stuff up ... ugh idk how to stop.
