Should I go to L&D?( UPDATED)

My OB isn’t on call and I’m worried , I’m 34 weeks and been having a lot of back and pelvic area pain

Hey ladies !! So turns out I was 1cm dilated and having actual contractions!! But they were able to stop it. My OB said I’m lucky if I’ll make it to 37 weeks though! Ahhh I’m so nervous 😟. On the bright side my baby is no longer breech! She’s head down so I can try to stick to my original plan which is natural with no meds!
