Anyone have Distasis RECTI (CONING ) before ? Need alil help ...

Hey ladies I'm almost 34weeks in a few days , my gyn has just told me the reason for this buldge out of my STOMACHE which i thought was my baby's head or butt is separation of my muscle (CONING). This is all new to me , I have never heard or saw this in my life lol ugh anyway ladies after I give birth what does it look like? Should I wear a belly binder ? Do you still look pregnant , any help or advice I welcome on on plz. Does this effect a natural birth? I'm so lost by this.

Dont stress about it. It can be fixed 😊 It is the splitting of the abdominal wall and it is very common during pregnancy. 
It wont effect labor or delivery. And your stomach can go back to normal after pregnancy but it takes a lot of work. You can google exercises to do after pregnancy. 
I am not sure what other doctors recommend during pregnancy but I stopped all abdominal exercises (as they were the reason my abs split) and I focused more on pelvic floor.  
I am currently 4 months post partum and I no longer have the coning to my stomach! I am back to my normal workouts with no issues.

I have it and I’m 39 weeks pregnant. If I lay down and use my abs to help me get up, my belly looks like a triangle. I hope it goes away after baby!!

I had it with my first pregnancy and it went back to normal after I had my son, now pregnant with my daughter I have it again just not as severe.

I still have a separation of my abs. It’s pretty common. There are exercises or Pt you do to help correct it. After giving birth you have to be careful with the workouts you do because it can make it worse and even rip. It will not make you look pregnant after birth. It doesn’t effect your ability to have a natural birth. A belly bandit is a great idea as this can help fix it a little. My aunts was so bad she had to have her abs sewn together after she was done having kids.
