Is this weird?

Is it weird for the a girl to refer to her SO as her fiance to the whole world and blast that they're engaged and happy all over social media. But the guy to refer to her as his girlfriend to everyone?

Thanks, I've been having suspicions that they have been toxic for a little while now, I am the mother of his child, so yes I am his ex, but I'm very respectful of their relationship, and yes I know it's none of my business and I'm not going to get involved, I just feel like they're really toxic, and I'm trying to figure out a way to shield my daughter from it.

Me and him are going through mediation, she hes agreed to meet with me twice a week to see our daughter, I even had her come over the first few times because I wanted her to know I'm not a threat (even though he cheated on me with her 3 years ago, and she threatened to kill me if I didnt exit his life), anyway now, because the mediator told him to, he comes over by himself to visit our daughter, and his phone literally doesn't stop going off, it's all her demanding a text back, and she waited in the car for the visit once before because she wanted to check up on him I can only assume, and hes cancelled on our daughter several times because all of a sudden hes "not comfortable", anyway, I'm leaving it, I just wanted to know if anyone else felt like the relationship was toxic too and maybe I'm not crazy.

I just want to make sure my daughter isn't in the middle of it all. And before anyone points fingers at me, I didnt do ANYTHING to make her this uncomfortable, she has severe anxiety, ADHD, and insecurities which both her and my ex was telling me about.
