Is a 3D US really worth it?

Hubby and I have been talking about it since the beginning. Now that were 28 weeks we find out it's 140 dollars. Is it worth the cash? We wanna see babe but the time flies anyway! Just wanting to see where you ladies stand

Not for that amount in my opinion. It cost me 100$ CAD and that was our top we were willing to pay. I mean if you have the extra cash then why not but if you are on a budget I wouldn’t spend it.

I don't think it's worth it because then you get excited to see what they really look like when born!

I have gotten a  few 3D pictures from my regular ultrasounds at my doctors office and I would absolutely not have paid anything for them. I am being monitored for a few things, so I'm particularly sick of people probing my belly already, but I really don't think the pictures are worth much.

We aren’t planning on doing a 3D ultrasound as they’re expensive and we would rather spend that money on something else.

It was too expensive for the amount of pictures and short amount of time we would have got. We don’t know the gender and my boyfriend didn’t really see the point in knowing what baby looks like before we meet him or her. The regular ultrasounds we have we have really nice profile shots so that’s enough for me.

I paid $140 for a 3D/4D ultrasound and I think it was worth it. We are doing it again with this baby because of how great the expierence was.
