IUI unmedicated success?

Question

Has anyone had success with IUI without medications? If so, how many cycles did you do? 
I’ve done 3 unmedicated cycles. I had 2 chemicals and 1 bfn. Trying to decide if it’s worth it to try one more or if I need to add medications in order for this to work.

Add medication for sure! I’m on my second medicated IUI cycle I don’t have any issues other then I’m over weight and my husband has low sperm count and my Dr always started off with a medicated cycle. Good luck!

I’m team unmedicated. I had an IUD for five years, had it removed in October, had a short period in November and December, did my first IUI in January and I’m 6w4d today. I used donor sperm (SMBC) so timing was crucial since my doctors office can’t store it. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism and almost 40 so it was a less than 1% chance it was going to work unmedicated, but here we are!
