Pulled hamstring πŸ’”πŸ’”πŸ’”

So about two weeks ago if that I hurt myself πŸ€¦πŸΏβ€β™€οΈ. I was so close my splits decided push that one inch πŸ™„. Well didn't end well I heard a pop felt like my hamstring. My doctor doesn't think it's serious because I can walk with out pain doesn't hurt when I'm laying down or stretching. However I lost ability to do my standing split πŸ’”πŸ˜’. Also can't even lunge no where near my split anymore I went from this to this 😐.

How long does it take to heal? What are some goid stretching and strengthening exercises. I had been practicing my splits 2 years . I was that damn close lesson learned an inch does matter πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
