I’m pregnant, after miscarriage!

I found out that I’m pregnant yesterday, I’m very early only 4 weeks! I had a miscarriage in May 2018, at 8 weeks there was no heartbeat. I’m praying that this pregnancy will be healthy, I’m turning 40 in May. I’m so thankful for this group. I work in a hospital and very lucky that my gynecologist is in walking distance for me, easy to get to and can take a lunch break during my appointments!
