Traveling with baby

We will be going to visit family out of state when baby is 2.5 months old. She is breast fed. We are driving(its about a 12 hour drive but we will be stopping every 2 hours)

So far I know to bring the basics obviously clothes diapers wipes.

Pack n play

Lillebaby/Moby

pump?

A Couple bottles

Rock n play?

Stroller?

We will be gone for 5 days...not sure if I need all of that? We are staying at my moms. I was thinking to skip the stroller, I babywear mostly anyway and it's super bulky. Is there anything I'm missing?
