Chance of Twins with Femara & Trigger?

Hi everyone! My dr wants me to start Femara for my next cycle & then come in for u/s then Ovirdrel (?) trigger shot. I am petrified of that causing a multiples pregnancy. Any experience?

This cycle I did femara, gonal f and trigger. We had 3 follicles when I triggered abs we got the whole” there’s a chance” talk. But that was it Lol I’m 6 days past trigger so we shall see soon! Haha

There is always a chance. My doctor told me to go home and really discuss the possibility with my husband before I started my cycle with the meds and make sure we were totally comfortable if that did happen. Good luck 🤞❤

I have my first iui on the 20th 
I start my letrozol Sunday 10 mg & ovidrel on the 18th.... my dr said they haven’t see multiples at my clinic but everyone who’s in the app or fb groups all say they have had twins with the meds so idk
