Changing breasts

I’m out of a 14 yrs marriage, we had a poor sex life and I remember having no more than 10 orgasms in total. I stopped having sex after the divorce for almost a year. I’m in a new relationship and my sex life it’s all fireworks :) I discovered I can squirt and that I’m multiorgasmic, but I recently noted a change in the color of my nipples and the size of my aureole, it’s this normal?
