Headache??

Question

Can someone explain why every time I move I get this pulsating headache on the left side of my head only? It’s getting so bad I’ve thought I was going to pass out. My mom and sister both get migraines but I’ve luckily never had much experience with headaches. So I don’t know what this is but I need it to stop.

Sounds like an icepick headache, I get them a lot. It can happen because of  stress, being tense, pinched nerve, knots in neck or shoulders or dehydration.

Do what they recommenced and when in doubt go get checked out. Getting an mri or cat scan something wouldn’t hurt. What if it’s something worse and we are brushing it off as nothing. Pain is often a sign that something is wrong. Hope things get better.

Take Tylenol or some medicine of that sort. Drink lots of water you could be dehydrated. Eat something if you haven’t eaten in a long time. Get some rest and lay down. If you keep getting them several times a week and they are really bad see a doctor they can work out why you’re getting them and give you options. Hope you feel better :)
