High hcg but no fetal pole?

I need kind words to help me calm down. So I went in for an ultrasound yesterday cause I was having a lot of pain and pressure. They did the ultrasound saw the gestational sac and a very clear yolk sac but no fetal pole but since I was only 5 weeks 4 days so I figured it was just to early. But I’m really worried now cause after the scan they did blood work to check my hcg and I just got the phone call it was over 20,000 shouldn’t they have seen a fetal pole with an hcg that high? Please someone I’m so worried now
Also I just called my ob to ask the nurses about it but she just told me they’re following my pregnancy very closely and they’ll see me tomorrow so she really didn’t answer my question at all

Both my pregnancies there were sacks and no fetal poles bc I was earlier than they thought bc of lmp (last menstrual period) just breathe. They say most urine tests done pick up hcg levels until 4 weeks but both of mine detected at 2 weeks. Based off my LMP I was due April 20th but once they were able to measure baby pushed me to may 2nd. It's common to be early.

A lot of times my ob has said don’t worry about hcg it’s just an amount it doesn’t matter but I’m still scared. I’ll be 6 weeks 2 days for the scan Friday I pray I’ll see the heart beat then. And to be honest she never put a Doppler on it to check for a fetal pole so maybe it was there and she just didn’t see it or check it
