How much milk?

How much milk are you able to pump from each breast on average throughout the day? I'm worried my supply is dipping after returning to work and wondering if my output is still normal. 
These are my totals from pumping both sides at each pump session:
8am - 3 oz 
11:00am - 5.5 oz
2:30pm - 4.5 oz

I pump three times during the work day (every 3 hours) and average about 4-6 ounces total each session.

I try to pump every 5-6 hours during the day and I tend to get around 7 ounces total. I think the general average is about 1 ounce for every hour.

I take a fenugreek supplement and I pump approximately 10oz total every night for the following day. 9pm 11pm and 1am.
