2 weeks of insomnia

So I am engaged and I currently live with my soulmate, but the past week or 2 week him and I have been struggling with insomnia and I have been having tummy aches the last few days.

I just find It odd we both are struggling to sleep at the same time and he works and I am currently unemployed due to my epilepsy relapse (if that's the correct way to describe it) but I would like some thoughts, inputs, or advice from those who might be knowledgeable in why my partner and I have randomly been struggling with insomnia.

Has it happened to any of you guys with your other half?

This is us btw idk if it related but I love him so much!!
