My newborns nose...is this normal?

My baby is few days old and she’s been breathing very loud

Today I took a look inside her nose and it looked like this almost like it was obstructed.

Is this normal for a newborns nose? Or is it supposed to be wide open? They’re like a tiny ball protruding from the side of her nostrils into them and are on both sides symmetrically.
