Does it hurt his belly??

I noticed that after I feed my one month old (Similac advance step one) he always seems like he’s trying to push and he makes a face & goes red. That’s after he eats, is it the milk? He does this almost with every feeding. (When he makes the pushing face there’s no poop) he burps after every feeding. Sometimes pukes it up.

Should I switch formula that will be better for his belly?
