What the heck is going on with my vag🤨

Okay so the blue circles feel like pimples, they’re harder and feel under the skin and the little red one just feels like I scratched myself or something. Sorry for putting my vag out there but I’m panicking a little lmao! I’ve had a pimple before but not two, no itching just a little uncomfortable. DO THESE LOOK LIKE PIMPLES IS WHAT IM ASKING. Do you guys get these or something similar am I the only one alone in this😩😳 I’ve had the same sexual partner my boyfriend for almost five years and we always wear protection as well. Obviously the best is to go in to be certain but I just got off work and out of the shower and I’m trying to ease my mind. Im 22 and these are like right on the inside of my lip and we had sex last night before I left for work.
