Is it weird my boyfriend hasn't introduced me after 5 months?

So we have been dating five months. He hasn't introduced me to his parents, though he has met mine.

He also has not posted pictures of me on any social media indicating that we even relatively social together.

He's gotten upset when I sent something on CashApp due to my name being on it and his mother being able to see it in bank records.

He says I haven't been introduced for family reasons, but I just have a weird feeling. He last girlfriend (back in his last years of High School) was very close with the family, at least, from how he described it.

Is he ashamed of me?

I've had several opportunities to meet his parents while at college. We've even been in the same room (a concert hall, a basketball game), but he's never introduced me.

He scolded me once for wearing a plain grey jacket he owns while in the same room with them, though you can't really tell it's even his, it's just grey.

Am I doing something wrong?

We are sophomore college students, for reference.
