How do I fix my relationship?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 1 year and a half. We love with his parents because he is “scared” to take the risk to move out. His mom gives him everything, including money. I love him very much but I’ve noticed that he doesn’t respect me. He doesn’t keep the promises he makes, he doesn’t keep his word. He agrees to something and then revokes it when it’s convenient for him and says that he never agreed to it in the first place. For example, we are working on me trusting him and I asked him not to go out with friends while I was away on vacation for 5 days. Then the second day I’m gone he goes out and lives it up with his friend. Previous to me leaving he agreed to not go out with friends but when he was out with his friend he said that was stupid and that he only agreed with me so I could not bring it up again. In addition to that he promises to be better and TRY to fix the things he is doing wrong and he does for about a week and then stops. He constantly tells me that I am ridiculous and that I overreact. He says that everything I cry about or think is important is stupid and that he shouldn’t have to deal with it. He’s lost all respect for me and I have no idea why. I haven’t cheated. I keep my word in fixing things I do wrong but then after 6 months of me try and seeing that he gave up a week into it, i give up to. We hardly have sex. He claims he’s always tired and what not. He gave me a promise ring on Christmas and promised to love me forever but then a few days ago when I brought it up he said “So what, people get divorced after 20 years of marriage.” He makes me cry and then watches tv as if it doesn’t matter that he hurt me or he goes and showers and sings and is happy as can be singing along to songs as I’m upset in the room. He also says that he loves very much and that he doesn’t want to lose me and that no one has ever made him love this much. He also cries if I state that it would be best to break up with him. What do I do? I need HELP!!

P.s. I am 21 years old, previously in the military, currently attending nursing school while working more than part time at a court house. I pay all my bills on my own and have been doing so since I was 17. I buy groceries and have offered to pay rent but his mom doesn’t allow me to give it to her. The only reason I am there is for him.. to make him happy. I wash and clean his clothes, I cook sometimes and I take care of our two dogs mostly on my own.
